Customer Support Administrator
Company Description
Lark Bridal Ltd, based in Ireland, exclusively distribute and represent a portfolio of luxury bridal, bridesmaids and formalwear brands including renowned brands Maggie Sottero, Sottero & Midgley, Rebecca Ingram and The Dessy Group.
Role Description
This is a 6-9 month maternity contract, on-site role based in Tubberclair, Glasson, Westmeath, Ireland for a Customer Support Administrator. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our retailers across Europe and The Middle East. Responsibilities include handling inward and outward communication with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Administrator has the potential to role into a full time role at the end of the contract.
Requirements

Experience in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and delivering high-quality Customer Service

Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency

Ability to provide Technical Support and resolve inquiries effectively

Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills

Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Previous experience in the B2B or International industry is a plus

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
